The Healing Room, is centrally located in the heart of midtown Toronto at Yonge and St. Clair.

Established in 1997, The Healing Room has been a source of relaxation and well-being in the heart of downtown Toronto.

At The Healing Room, one can leave the stresses of modern life behind and experience gentle holistic care using such techniques as Reflexology, Bellanina Face-Lift Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Sandra Fox is a Registered Canadian Reflexologist Therapist (RCRT), a Licensed Holistic Practitioner and the founder of “The Healing Room” in Toronto.

Since 1996 Sandra’s clients have enjoyed a wide range of services including Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and a specialty facelift massage using the Bellanina Facelift Massage technique. This technique was developed in California in the 1980s and is grounded in scientific research based on how the skin reacts to toning and exercise, just like how regular exercise can benefit the rest of the body. By massaging and manipulating the face muscles Sandra can help her clients reduce their fine lines and tighten their face muscles with clearly visible results in a noticeably short time. 

In 1994 Sandra was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and it was during her search for effective and reliable treatments for her own conditions that she discovered how effective these treatments could be for other clients regardless of their current condition. Sandra has been able to manage her condition for many years now and believes strongly that maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle, combined with a combination of these treatments, that it is possible to provide relief of many common ailments.
